During our workshops even though working with our clients we have been asked a lot of similar queries about Vision Boards so Helen will probably respond to them for you today.



Welcome Helen. Hi. Perhaps you’d prefer to begin by explaining such a Lifestyle Vision Board is.

Vision boards are a variety of images symbols and words that directly represent an image you have of your desired goal or outcome. Vision boards certainly are a dynamic representation with the vision you have which is very important since it is this vision which will manifest to your dreams to your reality.



Helen would you perhaps explain what manifestation means.

Yes to manifest really way to appear it's a thing that is obvious for the eye as well as the mind and it's also something that then becomes your reality.

So Helen what can you really use to make a Dream board Sally from Brisbane asked “If she could use a cork board?” defiantly Sally you should use cork board, you can use foam board, you may use art board, really anything, you could use a classic picture hide the first picture, unless you want to use it, then it will be framed. Actually we've got one client she did a fantastic thing, she lived an land coupled with lots horses so she used the back of one of her favourite horses stable to do her dream board, as she said “she spent more time there than somewhere else and that is where she could visualise the best so use something you like that you could arrange pictures, words and symbols on. What a fantastic idea to use your stable.



Ok Helen a couple of the clients I have been dealing with are fairly artistic and Gemma from Brisbane asked me “whether she might use her own drawings or pictures that she had created herself on her behalf board”. Definitely I do believe anybody that will create their pictures or visions orin fact go writing themselves on their board they're integrating section of themselves compared to that board and actually it's a very powerful action to take. But don't worry those of us that aren't quite as artistically minded, it is possible to equally get as much benefit away from choosing your own images away from magazines etc. I will be pleased that you added that as mine could be stick figures easily was doing the drawing. I know not!
